THE INFORMATION BELOW SHOULD ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE ABOUT OUR CANCELLATION FOR THE SPRING 2020 CONFERENCE.


  • ALL PHYSICAL CHECKS THAT WERE SENT AS PAYMENT FOR THE SPRING 2020 CONFERENCE HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO THE DISTRICT THAT ISSUED THEM. THIS PROCESS WAS COMPLETED ON MARCH 31.
  • ALL PAYMENTS PROCESSED VIA PAYPAL HAVE BEEN REIMBURSED.
  • ALL PAYMENTS PROCESSED VIA CREDIT CARD HAVE BEEN REIMBURSED

IN RESPONSE TO THE CURRENT OUTBREAK OF CORONAVIRUS, COVID-19 WE ARE CANCELLING THIS SPRING'S SEMI-ANNUAL CONFERENCE.  THE STEERING COMMITTEE HAS DECIDED AS A GROUP TO MOVE FORWARD WITH PLANNING FOR THE CONFERENCE TO RESUME IN THE FALL. THE DATES FOR THE FALL CONFERENCE ARE SEPTEMBER 16 - 18. IN THE MEANTIME WE HOPE THAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES WILL REMAIN IN GOOD HEALTH.
